This depends on where you are trying to log in.
- If you are trying to log into electronic resources off-campus, you will use your Novell sign on (single sign-on). This guide has information on using this log in and troubleshooting issues.
- If you are trying to log into your account in a database to see articles you have saved, you will use whatever username and password you set up. The guide for troubleshooting log in issues has a page for issues with logging into your EBSCO folder and logging into your Ebook Central bookshelf.
- If you are trying to log into your library account (to renew books), you will enter your first and last name in the first entry box and your barcode (found on your student ID) into the second box.
